Vintage watches and collectible objects naturally show age, wear, and individual character. Photographs, condition notes, and written descriptions form part of the sale information.

All sales are final except where an item is materially not as described or there is a major authenticity issue with the watch or one of its components.

Buyers are encouraged to request additional photographs or clarification before paying a deposit or completing a purchase.

We ship worldwide from Miami, Florida, primarily through FedEx unless another method is requested and agreed in advance. The delivery address, shipping method, and expected dispatch timing will be confirmed directly with the buyer before the item is sent.

Shipping included in the agreed purchase price means the outbound carrier charge arranged by item. It does not include import duties, taxes, customs charges, brokerage fees, return-shipping costs, or fees charged when an item re-enters the United States.

For international shipments, import fees are the buyer’s responsibility and are non-refundable if the watch is returned. Any fees charged when the watch re-enters the United States will also be charged to the buyer.

Shipments are sent with transit-loss coverage arranged by item, subject to the applicable carrier or insurer terms. If item cannot dispatch within the confirmed timeframe, the buyer will be contacted to agree to a revised date or cancel the unshipped order and receive a prompt refund of amounts paid for it.

If an item is believed to be materially not as described or to have a major authenticity issue, the buyer should contact item promptly at time@iitteemm.com with the relevant details and supporting information so the matter can be verified and an appropriate resolution agreed.

An item should not be returned without written authorization from item. If a return is authorized, the return method, transit coverage, destination, and timing must be agreed in writing before shipment.

Card and account details should never be sent by email, WhatsApp, or the enquiry form. When electronic payment is used, the buyer will receive secure payment instructions or a payment-provider link.

An item is considered reserved only after the agreed hold deposit has been received.

The hold deposit amount, the balance due, the payment schedule, and any conditions applying to that deposit will be confirmed in writing before the buyer pays.
